Dropping Loads Episode 35: Illegal Chicken Tunnels

Subscribe to us on iTunes HERE

Pouch here. So while we're slowly slowly coming off the high of our most ambitious release yet, HipsterWay, it's time to get back into the groove of things with another episode of your favorite podcast. This episode was a bit difficult to edit mostly because we had to scramble and find a different microphone to use and it really fucked with the audio. While we were doing our customary mic check at the beginning of the recording session, we discovered that one microphone wasn't responding at all, so we had to ask Jon to dash back home and grab his headphone set that unfortunately captured his breathing and chewing as well as my audio (as I was sitting next to him) muffling my track altogether. So please forgive us if it sounds more like shit than usual.

Make sure you check out HipsterWay:

Dropping Loads Episode 28: Anti-Cock

Pouch here. Well, after some rearranging of the scheduel and a bit of shameless - not entirely shameless. I feel pretty bad about, but it was necessary - guilt-tripping, Eugene has finally returned. It's unfortunate that it was this one. There was a bit of a mishap during this recording session. We recorded about an hour and twenty of just magic. We were so orgasmically good that the podcast gods would write songs of triumph about this episode to be performed by choirs of angels for the rest of time. And then after they’d sing such heavenly music in tribute, they’d proceed to turn on this episode and fuck each other’s brains out! No, I’m exaggerating, but it was a pretty cool episode and due to a simple mistake, we didn't manage to record any of it. While we were lamenting over having lost a pretty cool episode, I suggested that we record a short episode doing just that. Lamentation of the lost episode. And you will hear it at the beginning, how defeated and bummed out we were and in the attempt to salvage the recording session, you’ll hear how frazzled we got as we began trying to recount the lost episode, stumbling over each other and repeating shit. So bear with us. We were gasping for air and thankfully, Milky macguyvered this ep and turned it into an all-chicken episode.

This week's Teasing Loads features Milky's dreams of a chicken-eating Batman:

Check out last week's DVD Load-Down, where we covered Richard Linklater's Slacker:

In this episode, Milky, Eugene, and Pouch lament the loss of a great podcast and pour over details from that lost episode. Milky shifts focus and the boys begin discussing fried chicken at great length. Eugene finally lays to rest a question plaguing mankind for decades: Popeyes or KFC?

Dropping Loads Episode 19: Bling Bling

Subscribe to us on iTunes HERE

Pouch here. It's interesting to note that the last episode was difficult to record because we were fucking struggling to figure out what the hell to talk about... whereas in this new one, I had to cut it short because it didn't seem like there was any end in sight. We had a lot to talk about and we had a lot of fun this time around. Lots of never-ending subjects and more Milky Rants than you can muster. By the way, the Facebook page is under Dropping Loads Productions, however the link (which will always be listed below) is Facebook/DroppingLoadsPodcast. I was dumb enough not to change it.

This week's Teasing Loads features Eugene imploring Nikki to make his chicken the way he likes it.

Also check out the most fun we've had in a sketch yet: Chicken Intervention

And see how much fun we had on the sketch in the Making Of:

In this episode, Milky rants on the decline of western civilization after Snooki is allowed to spawn and shows us the extent of his rapping skills. The boys talk extensively on music while Pouch shares a story about a romantic outing to see Air Supply with his mom.

Dropping Loads Productions: Chicken Intervention

Hey, guys. It's Pouch. I'm here today with a brand new sketch! Overall, our approach to anything we've done here thus far is to try to have as much fun as a possible. And we do. Every sketch has been insanely fun. But this newest one is probably been the most fun we've had yet. We were just surrounded with tons of friends really fueling our adrenaline and electrifying the atmosphere. Thankfully, a lot of that was documented courtesy of Chuck, Angie, and Nic, who managed to shoot some pretty cool behind the scenes stuff. I just hope that much excitement and fun is translated well in this sketch.

No more talk! Watch it!
